This Cookie Policy describes how Salon Spa Sites at https://salonspasites.com and related Product surfaces (the "Product") use cookies and similar technologies. The Product is operated by X Enterprises, LLC. Salon Spa Sites is a DBA of X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of data a site sends to your browser. This Policy also covers similar technologies, including scripts, pixels, and first-party browser storage (localStorage), where the context requires.
The consent tool on this Product (6 September 2026)
This Product shows a first-party cookie consent banner (CSS class .x-cookie-consent, component XMarkPrivacyCookieConsent). It does not use Usercentrics.
The live tool offers Accept all, Reject all, and a preferences view with Save preferences. Categories in the tool are:
- Strictly necessary (required; cannot be turned off);
- Analytics;
- Marketing;
- Preferences.
Your choice is stored in first-party browser storage (localStorage key xMarketing.consent) so the Product can honor it on later visits. That stored choice is our record of your decision. It is not a third-party consent-management cookie.
If the Product displays a Manage cookies control (or you reopen the banner), you can change your choice. Strictly necessary storage remains on.
On a first visit, the banner is shown until you choose. Optional scripts in a category load only if (1) you allow that category and (2) this Product is actually configured to use a script in that category.
CMP policy links in the banner point at /privacy/ and /cookies/ on this host. They do not point at a hub origin.
Per the Changes note in the Thomas first-party pack (6 September 2026), this section was updated after the CMP and Marker consent gate shipped so the copy matches live gated behavior.
What is live on this Product today (6 September 2026)
Strictly necessary
- Consent choice in first-party localStorage, as described above.
- Ordinary hosting and security cookies or headers that Vercel or the Product may set so pages load.
- First-party color-mode preference (
nuxt-color-modein localStorage) when you use light / dark behavior. - When account or checkout surfaces are functioning, session and security cookies needed to sign in, maintain a session, or complete Stripe Checkout may be set by those hosts. Stripe Checkout also sets its own cookies on Stripe-controlled domains as described by Stripe.
There is no working account session on the app host today (deployment not found), but Sign in / Sign up CTAs still point there. When that host is healthy, authentication cookies are strictly necessary for signed-in use.
Analytics
No published Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity measurement id was present in the public HTML or marketing configuration we fetched. Optional analytics scripts therefore are not described as live. If an id is added later, it must load only after Analytics consent through a CMP.
Marketing
No named advertising pixel id was published on the public HTML we fetched.
Preferences
Color-mode storage is described above. The consent tool Preferences category can cover non-essential interface choices.
Marker.io (feedback widget)
The marketing bundle configures Marker.io with project id 685c571fd7fea43002938e7d. Marker can set third-party cookies or similar storage and can collect page URL, browser data, and feedback you submit. Marker loads only after you grant Analytics consent in the Product consent tool. If you reject Analytics (or have not yet chosen), Marker does not load.
Newsletter subscribe
The Subscribe control sends the email address you enter to a third-party newsletter subscriptions endpoint configured for this Product. That is a form submission, not a cookie category by itself. See the Privacy Policy (/privacy/).
Other third-party requests
Pages may load images from Unsplash and assets from our CDN. Those requests can send your IP address and browser information to the provider. Stripe Checkout, when you open a plan link, is operated on a checkout host and on Stripe domains with their own cookies.
Your choices
You can:
- use the Product consent tool (Accept all, Reject all, or customize categories);
- reopen that tool if a Manage cookies or similar control is shown;
- block or delete cookies in your browser;
- avoid opening checkout or feedback tools you do not want to use; and
- unsubscribe from newsletter messages using the provider's unsubscribe link when present.
If you reject optional categories, the Product should still load. Marker.io and any future analytics that depend on optional scripts would not run.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If we add a published analytics id, change Marker gating, or remove Marker, this page should be updated to match live behavior. The CMP and Marker paragraphs above were updated under that Changes note when the consent gate shipped.
