This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how X Enterprises, LLC ("X Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information for Salon Spa Sites at https://salonspasites.com and related Product surfaces (the "Product"). Salon Spa Sites is a DBA of X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012.
Salon Spa Sites is a website builder Product for salons, spas, and beauty professionals. This Policy covers the marketing pages on this host and the account, checkout, customer-site, and related Product features we operate for Salon Spa Sites.
By using the Product, you agree that information will be handled as described in this Policy. Use of the Product is also subject to the Terms of Service (/terms/) and the Cookie Policy (/cookies/). If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
Our role
For personal information we collect from visitors and from our own customers (account, billing, support, and usage information), we act as the business or "controller."
Where the Product stores or processes data that our customers upload about their own clients, site visitors, or contacts ("Customer Data"), we act as a "processor" or "service provider" on the customer's behalf. That processing is governed by our agreement with the customer, including the Terms of Service (/terms/) and any Data Processing Agreement we sign with that customer. If your information is in another organization's Customer Data, please contact that organization.
What we collect
Information you send us
Depending on how you use the Product, you may provide:
- account registration details (such as name, email address, and password);
- business details you choose to put on a Customer Site (such as salon name, address, services, and staff profiles);
- billing and subscription details associated with your plan (payment cards are collected by Stripe; we receive transaction and subscription metadata);
- newsletter subscription email addresses if you use Subscribe;
- pilot or support messages if you email tim@salonspasites.com or call +1 (479) 777-4837;
- content you upload to build Customer Sites (images, text, and related files).
We do not invent additional inboxes. If other contact channels are later published on the Product, information you send there is also received by us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Product, our hosts and software record ordinary logs. Those logs typically include IP address, date and time, requested path, referrer, and browser or device user-agent. We use this for security, debugging, and operating the Product.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy (/cookies/). The marketing host shows a first-party cookie consent banner (CSS class .x-cookie-consent, component XMarkPrivacyCookieConsent). Marker.io is configured on the marketing host and loads only after Analytics consent through that tool. Optional analytics IDs (GA4 / GTM / Clarity) are not published on the public HTML we fetched.
Customer Data
If you use booking, client management, forms, messaging, or similar features, the Product may process Customer Data you or your clients submit (for example, client name, contact details, appointment requests, and related messages). You determine what Customer Data to collect. We process it to provide the Product to you.
What we do not collect as form fields on the marketing host today
The marketing host does not publish a general /contact form. Account forms live on the app host when that host is deployed. Payment card numbers are collected by Stripe Checkout, not typed into the marketing host HTML forms we fetched.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- operate, secure, debug, and improve the Product;
- create and manage accounts and Customer Sites;
- process trials, subscriptions, and payments;
- provide booking and related Product features you enable;
- send transactional messages about your account or plan;
- send newsletter messages if you subscribe;
- respond to Support and Pilot requests;
- honor legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Product, including:
- our website host for the marketing pages (Vercel);
- Stripe for checkout and payment processing;
- the app / account host when that deployment is live;
- our email newsletter provider when you subscribe (configured organization id on this Product);
- Marker.io for the feedback / issue widget configured on this Product (loads only after Analytics consent);
- CDN and media providers used to deliver assets (including our CDN image assets and Unsplash images referenced by pages);
- authorities, when required by law or to protect the Product, our rights, or others.
We do not publish a Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity measurement id on this Product today. Do not read a network privacy page as a description of processors on this host unless those tools are actually configured here.
Customer Sites and your privacy obligations
If you publish a Customer Site or collect Client Data through the Product, you are responsible for your own privacy notices to your clients and for using the Product in line with law. Our Privacy Policy does not replace the notice you may need on your Customer Site.
Children privacy
The Product is for a general adult business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 as a customer. If we learn that a child under 18 created an account, we will close it and delete related personal information where we can.
Retention
We keep account, billing, and support records as needed to operate the Product, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We keep server logs as needed for security and operations, then delete or overwrite them in the ordinary course of hosting. Browser storage for color mode stays until you clear it. If an account ends, we may retain Your Content and Customer Data for a limited period so you can export it, then delete or de-identify it except where law requires retention. Exact export tools depend on what the Product offers at the time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, subject to the limits and exceptions in applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
To make a request, write to X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012, or use a published Product channel (Support phone or Pilot email). We may need enough information to verify you. We will respond as required by applicable law. Publishing contact channels is not a promise of a staffed helpdesk or a fixed reply time beyond what the law requires.
If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider. You may also have the right to complain to a regulator that has jurisdiction over you.
If your information is Customer Data controlled by a Salon Spa Sites customer, contact that customer first.
This Product is not a consumer health product and does not publish a separate consumer-health-data policy.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. The Product does not respond to DNT. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also use the Product consent tool to refuse optional categories.
Location of processing
The Product is operated from the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. The Product may link to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
